Tasting notes: An incomparable Chardonnay, produced by assembling wines aged simultaneously in French and Moldavian oak barrels. Thanks to its herbaceous aromas and its spicy character, the wine pairs perfectly with salmon or trout dishes, as well as with lobster, strut or seafood, accompanied by pasta, fresh salads or microgreens. Its acidity makes it a wine to pair with creamy sauces and dishes with too much fat. In addition, the buttery aftertaste, slightly reminiscent of croissants, gives dishes a pleasantly rounded finish.
