Organoleptic characteristics: dry red wine – It is a soft and velvety wine, with soft tannins and a touch of residual sugar. In the glass it presents itself with an intense ruby color. Its aromatic profile shows exuberant notes of ripe cherries, raspberries, blueberries and currants, followed by vanilla and tobacco. On the palate it is complex and elegant, dominated by chocolate flavors with notes of plums, blackberries, coffee and hints of mint.

It pairs well with fine appetizers, aromatic cheeses and fish dishes.
