Organoleptic characteristics: dry red wine – intense ruby color, with violet reflections and a rich aroma, dominated by black cherries, complemented over time by fine notes of exotic spices.
The taste is full, complex, with notes of ripe fruit, chocolate, vanilla and raisins. Soft tannins emphasize its roundness and softness up to the long aftertaste, with nuances of maturation.
Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
The recommended temperature for consumption is +18/ +20 °С.
It pairs well with fresh cured meat appetizers, first courses based on lamb or beef, in particular beef fillet in Gorgonzola sauce, and generous platters of blue cheeses.
