Some dried fruit character suggests development. Firm but ripe tannins support a warm, concentrated core of ripe dark fruit. Tasting notes: The wine has a generous red color and complex notes of ripe plum, figs, coffee and fine chocolate. Deep flavor with almond nuances accompanied by a rich texture and noble tannins.
Serve: at 16˚C – 18˚C with red meat preparations, such as roast beef, lamb, mutton or pork, but also with mature cheeses.
