Pale straw-yellow and slightly translucent in colour, it offers an expressive bouquet of yellow melon, elderflower and passion fruit, complemented by a delicate hint of vanilla that carries through both the aroma and palate. The grapes are hand-harvested from the Filipeni vineyard in the Valul lui Traian Protected Geographical Indication wine-growing region of the Republic of Moldova.
Food pairings: baked or grilled fish, salmon, seafood, white meats, soft cheeses and vegetable dishes.
