Terroir: The vineyard is located in Mircești, Ungheni district, on a 1.264 ha plot planted in 2020. Vine spacing is 2.0 × 0.8 m, at an average altitude of 330 m. The vineyard has a 12% east-facing slope and anthropogenic clay-loam soil.

Harvest: 10 October 2023.

Tasting notes: An intensely coloured red wine with notes of blueberry, sour cherry and pepper. Full-bodied and structured on the palate, complemented by nuances of vanilla and spices.

Food pairings: Beef, grilled lamb, pork goulash and chocolate mousse.
