Terroir: The vineyard is located at an altitude of 300 m on typical grey soil with a clay texture. The plot has a 6% south-east-facing slope and was planted in 2019.

Viticulture: Traditional.

Harvest: 26 September 2025. The grapes are harvested by hand into crates.

Vinification: Fermentation takes place using the remontage (pump-over) method in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of +24°C. Maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes: An intense red wine with aromas of cherry and raspberry. The palate is fruity, soft and savoury, with a pleasant and balanced profile.

Food pairings: Duck, roast chicken and cheeses.
