Terroir: The vineyard is located at an altitude of 300 m on anthropogenic soil with a clay-loam texture. The plot has a 10% south-facing slope and was planted in 2016.

Viticulture: Traditional.

Harvest: 30 October 2021. The grapes are harvested by hand into crates.

Vinification: Fermentation takes place in open vats, followed by 18 months of ageing in wooden barrels.

Tasting notes: An intense red wine with aromas of blackberry, sour cherry and pepper. Full-bodied and structured on the palate, with nuances of vanilla and spices. Its intensity and structure give the wine significant potential for further development in bottle.

Food pairings: Beef, grilled lamb, pork goulash and chocolate mousse.
