Terroir: The vineyard is located at an altitude of 290 m on anthropogenic soil with a clay texture. The plot has a 3% south-east-facing slope and was planted in 2017.

Viticulture: Traditional.

Harvest: 5 September 2025. The grapes are harvested by hand into crates.

Vinification: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of +16°C / +18°C. One third of the wine is fermented and subsequently matured in an acacia barrel.

Tasting notes: A greenish-yellow wine with aromas of vine blossom and linden flowers, complemented by citrus notes and hints of honeycomb. The palate is delicate, smooth and velvety.

Food pairings: Appetizers, mildly spicy dishes, fish, seafood, white meats and cheeses.
