Terroir: The vineyard is located at an altitude of 310 m on typical grey soil with a loamy-clay texture. The plot has a 7% south-east-facing slope and was planted in 2016.

Viticulture: Traditional.

Vinification: Produced according to the traditional Blanc de Noir method, exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. Aged in bottle for a minimum of 9 months.

Tasting notes: A yellow-green Blanc de Noir sparkling wine distinguished by its fine perlage. The nose reveals delicate aromas of green apple and citrus. The palate is crisp, fresh and mineral, supported by lively acidity.

Food pairings: Appetizers, poultry, seafood, fish-based main courses, shellfish and aged cheeses.
