Tasting Notes: A truly regal wine. Beautiful straw yellow color with green highlights, rich and explosive aroma of jasmine, fine floral and citrus notes. Well structured on the palate, complex and fruity.
How to serve: at 8˚C – 10˚C with seafood such as scallops or prawns, or even fresh white fish with grilled vegetables or chicken salad with lemon dressing and fresh herbs, or with soft cheeses such as brie or camembert.
